The manager and server at the window are absolutely disrespectful, rude, insensitive and prejudiced. After driving 3 miles on a 30 min lunch break, i was given the wrong item. I was told that i had to return the item in order to get what i ordered. I had to clock out, without pay, and drive back to make the exchange. I asked the manager for a soda for my troubles and because i was hungry, and he loudly and openly said “absolutely not, sorry, everybody makes mistakes” and walked off. I was completely taken aback and ashamed and felt dehumanized. There was no reason for this response as our communication was completely professional, which leads me to believe it is because i don’t look like him. I called him back and he said “what” and totally ignored me. Needless to say i promptly requested a refund and will never patronize this business again, not because of the soda but because of the public disrespect and lack of sensitivity and customer service skills. A pity that something so simple would cost them future business.
