The luxury vacation clubs

Beware, this company calls and lies. They insisted I had purchase a package, however, I have never purchased a vacation package, only my husband has. Fortunately that’s how I knew they were lying. They wanted more money to “reinstate” a package that I’m pretty sure we never purchased in the first place. They use high pressure sales tactics to try and get you to commit. If you catch them on a lie, they hang up. Probably the best outcome I could have gotten. They also go by the name “Lifestyle Vacation Clubs” or lifestylevacationclubs.com (there may be more business names, wouldn’t surprise me).

I bought vacation last year. They told me they have new management. They honored my vacation. We stayed in Cancun in Villa del Palmar. Beautiful resort. Only complaint was timeshare meeting was little long. But no problem with Luxury Vacations Club.

I PURCHASE A LUXURY VACATION PACKAGE AND WAS TRYING TO CALL THEM TO SEE IF IT HAD EXPIRED. I AM EXPERIENCING WHAT MOST OF THOSE WHO WROTE A REVIEW. THEY DO NOT ANSWER. NO MATTER WHICH PRONG YOU SELECT, IT IS THE SAME MESSAGE. TIME TO REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND MAYBE A CLASS ACTION SUIT WOULD BE APPROPRIATE FOR THE MANY WHO HAVE LOST THEIR MONEY.

DON”T buy from them I’m been calling for 2 months so far every day and every few hours and the recording always is saying the person is on the phone and can’t take calls right now and you can’t leave a message. We also E-mail them around 10 time so far with no respond and fill up the reservation thru their website and no answer –

DO NOT PURCHASE VACATION FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! It’s one of those to good to be true deals. I’m currently dealing with a credit card dispute because with company will not honor the vacation package that they sold me! They will take your credit card information and run! One of the biggest scams going
