The UPS Store

This store is under new management, and I was blown away by the AWESOME customer service that I have received. The store was pretty busy, but Jean made sure that we were all social distancing and never lost a beat. The staff worked seamlessly to get us in and out as quickly as they could while maintaining a great attitude throughout. Thank you Jean for the great service. 😁😁

I live across the street from the store and it’s so convenient to do my returns and ship out my eBay items. In the past they had not so friendly staff no names mentioned but lately I am very satisfied with the staff who are very knowledgeable such as Jean and his team mate Maria! They are positive and friendly. I also see Sebastian working hard and he’s very tranquil and seems like a very nice person. I simply love what the UPS did with their employees and it’s a breath of fresh air to come to the store now! In times like this it’s important to treat each other kindly and with respect specially when you’re giving them service and I am now happier with them than ever before!

The establishment was very well organized and the staff was very helpful. An employee named Ricardo was very nice and had great customer service skills when it came to any questions or concerns I had about returning a package. If you want to have a good experience with staff members that will actually help you, I highly recommend coming to this store.

Yesterday I received outstanding customer service at this location from one of the employees, his name was Rico. It truly is a breath of fresh air to come across exceptional customer service these days. In this time with the virus it may be scary to go place but here they are very professional and make you feel safe. They take really good care of you and only attend two customers at a time just to be safe with Covid. I went in yesterday with a bit of a predicament and Rico swiftly suggested solutions and really helped me. He was very professional and nice. Whenever at this location, make sure to ask for Rico, and you’ll see what I mean, you won’t be disappointed!

This store has the nicest employees I’ve seen in a while during this pandemic. I needed help finding a box to package some items that I needed to ship. This very nice young lady named Maria helped me pick out the perfect box and packaging for my items. I will definitely come back. Thank you for you guys hard work!
