These people are true PROs. Offer same-day service and I was amazed that they carry parts needed with them in a truck, so I didn’t have to wait for them twice. They came out and fixed my fridge on a single trip. Would highly recommend Thermador Group.

Every nice man was on time came when he said he was going to. I had two things broken he fixed the one and was honest about telling me he didn’t want to fix that was better off buying a new one. Didn’t overcharge. I will definitely be calling Thermador Group from now on for all my appliance needs.

My dryer was making such a loud noise that we had to wear earplugs to go into the laundry room and wash clothes. I called another appliance repair company but they never called me back. So I called Thermador Group. They were able to give me an estimate and make the repairs all on the same day. Morgan, the technician, was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. And the price was extremely reasonable. I love love love this company and will definitely use them again for any appliance repairs we may have.

I called Gregory at Thermador Group in the morning and he was out before lunch to fix my dryer. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and had the parts to repair it right away. I saved a few bucks using the coupon on his website. I would not hesitate to call Gregory in the future should I have an appliance that needed repair. Given the poor quality and high cost of today’s appliances, I’m glad I spent the money to get my 15-year-old dryer fixed. I would highly recommend anyone check him out if they are trying to decide whether to fix their existing appliance or purchase a new one.

Hi everyone. I just wanted to let you know that this company really is the best! They were my last hope! I had a GE monogram refrigerator that was not cooling and making a really loud sound. My friend gave me their phone number, and their technician was able to come over the same day. Turns out it was a compressor issue. They fixed my fridge on the same day as well!
