Tiger Team Roofing

While researching for a roofing company for my sister’s home I came across Tiger Team Roofing. I saw they had great reviews. I called to get an estimate & their price was reasonable compared to other big name companies. They even kept us updated by calling and emailing pictures while doing the job. I can say that when it’s time to do my own roof I will be calling them. My sister and my whole family were really impressed by their professionalism & quality of work.

Tiger Team Roofing completed our roof replacement this week and the experience was one of the best we have ever had with a contractor. From our first contact to get an estimate to signing our contract and choosing our roof tile they were prompt, courteous and very professional. They gave us a timeline for tile delivery and installation which was right on the money. Communication was constant with updates every week. Installation was very professional with demolition, cleanup and new roof installation proceeding seamlessly. I also happened to be home when the Building Inspector did his final inspection and he told me that I had picked a great roofer because they always do an excellent job. Kudos Tiger Team. You are the example that we wish all contractors would emulate.

Tiger Team roofing was amazing from start to finish. My first point of contact was Kevin. He came out to the house, assessed the roof and provided me with an estimate at the meeting. Kevin was extremely trustworthy and the quote has additional options to choose from as oppose to other roofers that cram a bunch of things onto your quote that you don’t need.

Next, was Gigi. She works in the office and is excellent at what she does. She sent me a complete itinerary of the roof installation and timeline. She also sent me an email once a week during permitting to let me know the status of my permit which kept me in the loop and was very much appreciated. Gigi also worked with me on the wood and stucco costs. Again, they could’ve squeezed me if they wanted but they are up front and honest.

Last was Jesus, the project manager and foreman. Again, very good guy. Knowledgeable, informative and professional. His crew worked fast and efficient. They also did an extensive cleanup at the end of each day. No nails or debris in my yard whatsoever. This entire project went off without any problems or delays. Amazing company with fair and honest pricing that I highly recommend.

Understanding that contractors do not keep up with consumers in many of the jobs we need, I decided to use Tiger Team for my reroof because they had been recommended. Tiger Team performed above standards and I can’t say what a great choice this was. Everything discussed was done timely and professionally. Everything I asked, they answered giving me comfort in my decision. There’s not a thing that I can point to that didn’t meet and/or exceed expectations. Not only did they do a great job, in a timely manner, but after we were all done and paid for, I requested additional extra tiles for future issues and they got them to me quickly as well. Great company and very responsive to your needs.

Tiger Team put a new roof on our house in 2013. They did a great job. Very professional, on time, good value, nice people to work with. I’m writing this review now, in 2020, because we had a small leak in our living room ceiling from the recent rains. I called Tiger Team to see if they could take a look. I figured they wouldn’t get to me for a week or more. The rains caused lots of flooding and I knew they’d be busy. Well, they came 2 days later. Ricardo, did an inspection, inside and out, took pictures and in no time found the problem. Long story short, there was a small area on the roof causing the leak. Ricardo got on the phone with his office for an estimate and after a few minutes came back and told us our roof was still under warranty. There would be no charge for labor or materials. And, that is why I give Tiger Team 5 stars and highly recommend them. They really do stand by their work. Thank you Tiger Team.
