My battery went dead on me last week at a gas station. After I finished pumping gas someone helped me jump-started the battery and I went to the nearest shop – Tire Plus on 1100 S Federal in Pompano.
I called the shop a few times prior to my arrival. Not a pleasant experience when I was panicking but they kept putting me on hold, long holds.
Upon arrival, they paid attention to my concerns and proceeded to servicing on my car.
The scope of work I did include, front and rear brake pads, drums and motor. 3 Bridgestone tires and alignment and a new interstate battery.
I have requested them to check the AC . They didn’t but the AC has mysteriously working and I guess it has to do with the new Battery. I dropped off my car at 11am and was told to pick up at 6pm. I called a few times when it was closer to 6pm to confirm as I needed to Uber myself there. I ended up picking up my car the next day at 12noon. I was in no hurry so I did not mind. I care more about the quality of work and I am not disappointed.

Everything feels on point! Alignment is on point! Works were done satisfactorily! At some point I was worrying when I saw all of these bad reviews on here. But I’m glad my experience was pleasant! I will go back for other services when it’s needed!

Called at 430 and asked if they had availability for tire balancing. The guy tells me yes, but there’s appointments at 530 so I had to get there before 5. I got there at 445 to find out that the guy went on break and I had to wait 30-40 min for him to return. What’s worse is the manager acted as if I did something wrong and said “that’s why you should make an appointment.” As if I didn’t call and ask if they were available. There was not one car in the garage either..Why would you say it’s good to come now if it wasn’t? Terrible customer service.

Have been coming for oil changes for a while, never had issues. Bought 2 new tires and an alignment, they were doing a price match for tires. I applied for a credit card, thinking I would save an additional 5%, but when the price didn’t change, I was told because they were already doing the price match, I wouldn’t get the savings for credit card. Nobody called to tell me the vehicle was ready until 7pm, closing. My short drive home, i noticed the very obvious pulling to the right. I brought the car back the next morning to let them know. I was scheduled to leave town within hours but told it would be looked at “soon.” I had to call back several times, finally told to come in 20 minutes, which was past my scheduled time to leave town. They said they made adjustments but it should be good now. It wasn’t, but I didn’t have the time to go back. The alignment is worse than before replacing tires and I’m convinced they are incapable of actually doing it right.

I definitely recommend this shop. Tire insurance is acceptable. Staff set up the claim with my insurance. People friendly and professional and understand customer’s needs. It’s very import for people who only know how to drive.Job was done great, fast beyond my expectation. Thank you very much.
