For whatever reasons, Marina the sales rep is one of the most unprofessional and rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. She’s a very poor reflection on this company. If you’re not happy with her attitude, apparently you’re not allowed to work or speak with anyone else in the company. And if you want to talk to a manager or supervisor, she told me don’t come to the phone. That I would need to come in person. Good luck resolving any issues if you have problems with your quote, installation or cabinets. It doesn’t surprise me they have a 3.2 rating on google at all. Find a better company who actually wants your business.

Recently got our kitchen designed by Tops Kitchen as well as pre-made cabinets purchased from Tops Kitchen. Their sales rep/design Liz was instrumental and extremely helpful from the first meeting. She stepped in and helped me visualize the kitchen design before we invested in the particular products. Her input was valuable and an asset to the beautiful outcome and overall style and functionality of our kitchen. After our contractor provided the install, we received additional assistance relating to some adjustment issues through their maintenance management. Thank you Tops Kitchen!

They initially made a mistake on the measurements and the installers that also came to measure messed up also. I ended up with a counter top that has been “joined”. Three years later, 3 doors have fallen off the hinges. The caulking on the counter tops has cracked and chipped. We paid good money and got terrible quality. They’re all nice and helpful at first, then they try to get you to use their installers, but that’s because the girls get a kickback, not because they’re good. Save yourself the headache and get a good company. All their cabinets are Chinese substandard quality, their preferred installers, second rate workers.

I bought cabinets from this place at the recommendation of my contractor doing my kitchen. When the cabinets arrived there was a broken drawer and one broken cabinet. We were told the replacements would be available for pick up in three days here we are a whole week and a half later calling daily trying to find out if the cabinets have come in as this is what is keeping my kitchen from being finished. To make matters worse the reps that work here just are rude and don’t care they have resulted to
Ignoring my contractors calls as well as my own and when they finally answer they treat me as if I’ve done something wrong. Take my advice by your cabinets elsewhere

This is my second time buying my kitchen here. They helped me designing and offered real plywood materials, high quality, for a great price comparing with other places I checked. They are very easy to put together and install. 💯➕
