Horrible Dental Experience :: front desk (caucasian) person was rude to me, I had insurance my first visit in January 2020, which went well enough – the hygienist seemed nervous and had trouble flossing my teeth after the cleaning. My next visit was in July 2020 for a loose crown, by then I was unemployed and uninsured like thousands of others. Their attitude towards me completely changed even though I had the means to pay; they overcharged me and botched the crown attachment in the worst way, when I requested anesthesia they refused. They’re supposed to warn you and touch a tooth with the cold cotton for the sensitivity test, she held and pressed it several times on different teeth like she was angry about simething. The whole ordeal was very dismissive and rushed and painful!!! She sent me away with an illfitting crown, couldn’t close my mouth or chew safely. When I returned the same day to tell her that, and insist she use anesthesia for the adjustment, I literally had to grab her arm to slow her motion as she came charging at my face with the needle, and ask her to check her emotions before shoving it into my mouth. She wound up having to drill away at my surrounding teeth for the crown to fit so I could close my mouth and chew safely. “Doctor” Sahi also wrote a prescription for aspirin-based medication, after I informed them in writing and verbally that I was allergic to!!! She also referred me to a different dentist in Deerfield – for procedures her office advertises she can do – and promised to send my records which she never did – again, I was just there in January for my first visit when they took x-rays, she charged me again ($319) for more x-rays this visit just to re-attach a loose crown. I say “Doctor” Sahi with hesitation because I honestly doubt she’s authentic. My disappointment is also for the inhumane disrespect I experienced from this woman, a fellow person of color. It’s as if I was an inconvenient nuisance amidst her frantic overbooking efforts to recover COVID “business” losses. Like the hospitals and nursing homes, they see money not people.

I’ve been going to Dr. Sahi for almost 10 years. Great office and great staff. Dr. Sahi is very knowledgeable and takes her time to go over everything, and always make sure I am comfortable and understand my procedures. The office takes care of you like family and one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. It’s nice experiencing people who are both passionate and talented in their craft. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my mouth. You get what you pay for and more! I would highly recommend this office anyone!

Dr. Sahi is one of the best dentists i have been to. During covid she has taken the time to make her office a safe place for people like me who have autoimmune issues. She was gentle and very precise. I will be back. Thank you for my excellent experience.
