Triumph Staffing has been the best experience I have had with employment since I moved down to Florida. I give all credit to Karen Winn. It is thanks to her professionalism, courteousness, and hard work that I was able to find employment in Florida after having difficulties job searching. I ran into some problems job searching on Indeed and Zip recruiter due to the fact that some agencies were basically trying to scam me into jobs that weren’t as advertised on their websites. From the moment Karen called me asking about my career goals, to when I started my job, I felt that she was someone who was trustworthy and dependable. I am so grateful that I got to meet Karen because I had been job searching for about 5 months on my own, but it only took Karen a week to find me a perfect job that matched my resume and skill sets. I highly recommend Triumph Staffing over all other agencies in South Florida. In addition, I think that anyone working with Karen would be very lucky because she will take care of you. So if you’re having a hard time looking for employment, give Triumph Staffing a call and make sure you ask for Karen Winn.

I have attempted to use this agency for over a couple of years. The employees or “recruiters” are extremely unprofessional and down right rude. They do not follow up with you after they meet you. They hold a false promise to guide you in the right career direction. Originally, I worked with Mike Ybarra who placed me in a temporary position at a luxury jewelry store where I was sexually harassed by both of the owners. Next, after refusing to ever work with Mike again, I got placed with Barry who brought me in to interview with a marketing company. The owner of the company was very disrespectful towards me and made me feel uncomfortable. Barry never followed up with me again and left me hanging dry. I felt a sense of hopelessness and was distressed for a while believing that there was something was wrong with me when it was really the lack of professionalism within the agency the whole time (after figuring it out). Lastly, I worked with a younger guy named Mike (I believe that is his name). He was suppose to help find me a job in pharmaceutical sales. He promised that he would reach out to different companies and follow up with me after. He also never called me back knowing my time-line. I highly recommend for someone to use another agency.
