Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

My brand new lawn is dying and Meghan from Truly Nolen diagnosed grubs and cinch bugs. I was scheduled for lawn spray and fertilizer within 3 days. I’ve had my first treatment and look forward to having a nice lawn again sometime next year. I feel very hopeful.

My experience with Truly Nolen has been a great one. I’m totally satisfied with their services.

Megan gave us a thorough inspection and Nick was out the next day to treat our new townhouse for Palmettos that moved in while the property was vacant. We began seeing some results the very next morning!

Don’t waste your money. I thought a company that has been in business for decades would be better quality, it was not. More expensive did not mean better service in my case. Pushy salesman, technician who lied about the timeframe he was there and bangs on the door when he arrives, and rude office staff including the branch manager who is very hard to get ahold of. My contract states they treat for fleas. They refused to treat for fleas until I threatened legal action. They came out and sprayed for fleas one time. Then the branch manager never returned my phone call to come back out to spray again two quarters later… Very shady for a company that’s been in business for 80 years! I cancelled my service and will never recommend them.
