Two Maids & A Mop (Closed Permanently)

If I could put zero stars I would. The first time they came we had a good experience however when we scheduled for them to return they called me multiple times within the week to confirm and every time had a different date and time that I had to correct them on. They also were sending text messages responding to our calls versus calling me back as the customer but only after 2 hours of no one showing up and me calling the main line 6 times in a row. I was finally given a response via text. Safe to say I did not receive a cleaning, an apology, and will never be working with them again. Don’t waste your time reaching out it’s faster to do it yourself.

Great staff and cleaning. They have been to my house three times and have left it perfect for me for the weekend. They are great to have when you work all day and don’t feel like doing chores. Glad I found this place!

Today was my first time using this service and the experience was wonderful! Tiffany & Alicia were extremely friendly, respectful, listened to my areas of focus and they did exactly what they promised to do. They were fast and the house looks, feels and smells clean. Will definitely be a returning customer!

I don’t like to leave a review unless i have something nice to say but in this case i think have to. They came to my house twice (second time because I wasn’t happy with the first cleaning, which I appreciated and was hoping for better results on their second try). The people who came to clean my 2 bedroom condo were very nice and polite, however I don’t think they are trained or have much experience because in all honesty, they just don’t clean well AT ALL. They wiped everything lightly, my toddlers milk stain which was left from the night before was left as is, all they had to do was scrub a little harder and it comes right off, it’s just milk) that’s just one example. Next, they don’t dust where they need to remove anything, picture frames not moved, a candle was not moved to remove the dust underneath and behind it, basically they wipe lightly whatever is easily reachable. I also was shocked at the fact that the chrome handles (tub and sink) were still all stained after they finished, I asked why it’s not shiny and they said they don’t have the right products. To me that’s unacceptable since I wipe them down twice a week myself with just old plain windex and the water stains come right off. Jewelry box and makeup wasn’t moved to dust underneath. Basically just very sloppy work, not much effort put into it AT ALL. Now the floors, they have a system where they spray on the floor some solution which was greasy looking to me, and wipe the floors afterwards with a mop. It left my tiles stained, I do a better job with just regular water and dish soap. My socks were all sticky at the end of the day. Overall disappointing because when you pay money for cleaning services you expect them to do a better job at it than you, since it’s their full time job. If you are looking for a quick sweep and light dusting, the crew were very nice.

Amazing company!!! Bianca and Dan were an absolute delight, very detail oriented, they arrived on time, and did an amazing job. Very thorough and fast, professional and polite, I seriously cannot brag on these two enough. My place now looks, feels, and smells phenomenal. Thank you again Bianca and Dan
