Great products but very poor customer service… obviously mismanaged

Since changing management, the quality of products (curtains as some people call the fabric window coverings ) has gone from excellent to horrible!!! Management let’s orders go out that ( knowingly) have flaws and are not up to par as if the cutomers won’t be able to see. Very unprofessional !!! Don’t waste your money! !

Bad business if you’re applying for work here. They wouldn’t call to let you know you’re not being n hired after the fact that they make you waste your time and go to two separate interviews. Pure sabotage
