I would give zero stars if it let me. Have had multiple issues with this office. They failed to deliver a package my Mom sent me because the “address didn’t exist” yet I still got my normal mail. When I tried calling nobody answered. Online tracking said they sent it back to her but after over a week of her not having it I went down there to find out it was still there.

Fast forward to today and I have for some reason stopped getting my mail. I am signed up for the email notifications and have received an email every morning for the past week stating I had mail coming with the picture of the envelopes. However when I check my mailbox there’s nothing there. I have been at this address for over a year and this happens all of a sudden?

I would give 0 stars if possible. I paid for priority mail to be shipped here. 10 days of calling and no answer, i found out they LOST MY HOUSE AND CAR KEYS. This will cost me hundreds not to mention the unbelievable difficulty of losing those items. Now i have to jump through many hoops to possibly receive $50 back with ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Gross incompetence. They lost my tax return that I physically handed them to mail out.
DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I have been calling for three days. Let the phone ring at least 4 hours each day while working. No one has ever answered. I know the Post Office is having issues with making money just cancel ALL phone numbers since you don’t answer them anyway and fire all employees that don’t answer the phone like a normal business does. That should save millions.

Very efficient and friendly employees. All types of services for all kinds of postal needs. Great location in Lighthouse Point…on the corner very visible and convenient.
