Unlimited Air has been our air conditioning repair place for over 8 years. We would never use another. He has always been “totally professional” arriving right on-time, always a neat appearance, has a “can-do” attitude, and he’s thorough and neat with his work.
He fixed our old central unit and when it became too outdated, he replaced the complete unit with a new one. It was a pleasant surprise for me when the City Inspector complimented Marius’ work while he was inspecting it… saying it’s always a pleasure to inspect Unlimited Air’s work because it’s done correctly on a consistent basis.
Marius (the owner) treats customers with respect! He explains everything; beginning with “exactly” what is wrong, to why he is saying an item(s) need to be replaced… and the bill is always exactly what we were quoted!

Marius was very professional and was able to figure out an intermittent problem issue I had for a month before I called. He got here quickly to diagnose the problem and in addition, made sure my HVAC was running efficiently by making some other adjustments and topping off the coolant. He is a very precise, clean and meticulous person. So when he fixes it, he does it right the 1st time. Also with Covid-19 going on he wore a mask without me asking. He’s also unlike many other technicians, cleaned up completely after himself. Highly Recommend Unlimited Air for any AC service you need.

Marius has been my AC guy for the past 12 years and that can tell you a lot about his service. He is very ethical, knowledgeable, and punctual. He installed new AC systems, maintained and repaired older AC systems , always on time, always available at minutes notices. Great and rare professional!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS GUY! Marius is a life saver. My unit was not running properly. Wouldn’t turn off for hours and hours once it reached the set temp. After having Cooling Dynamics come out initially to check my A/C I had to find another company to actually fix it, cause Cooling Dynamics DID NOT solve my problem.
I called Marius with Unlimited Air and he was patient, kind, helpful and I could tell he wanted to get down to the bottom of my issue, being that my unit would not shut off once it reached the SET TEMP it ran for hours and hours. I had to turn up the temp in order to get it to turn off.
Enough about the company that couldn’t fix it.
Marius came over as he said he would, he communicated with me the whole time( very important to me) didn’t have me sitting around waiting for him.
He came in, I told him the issue and he started his diagnosis. He explained everything to me as he went along, I asked him questions, he asked me questions. He spent like 2 hours here checking things out, analyzing the house and the unit.
He got down to the bottom of it and as of today two days later, it seems to be running properly. I was told to monitor it and if anything call him back if the same issue happens again. Marius knows his stuff and I feel confident in his ability to actually fix things. I FOUND MY NEW A/C company. THIS IS THE GUY I WANT USE GOING FORWARD. Thank you Marius for an EXCEPTIONAL JOB AND FOR BEING KIND AND UNDERSTANDING IN MY TOUGH SITUATION. You do what the other guy could not do. I APPRECIATE GOOD GUYS AND COMPANIES LIKE THIS.
