Placed an order and had to wait 40 minutes for it. The place was pretty much empty and they asked me four times what I had ordered before finally grabbing some random bowl that had been sitting on the counter and giving it to me. It wasn’t the correct order and it was melted. This place sucks

I don’t know what has happened to this place after Covid. We used to go every week, food and service was amazing. Now, the açaí bowls taste the same but I’m even sad to say it out loud but the service is absolutely RIDICULOUS. We spent $50 first day and went three times last week hoping it would only be a “bad”,, sadly NO, it gets worse! Even our coworkers have been going and comes back saying the staff is horrible. Forgets order, messing up orders, charges too much for the same thing bought two different days. This used to be one of Florida’s best açaí places , last time I spent my money on my this local small business. Sorry!

I’m wondering if the people in the reviews who describe this as the best açaí bowl ever are employees or some thing 🤔 I found it to be so sweet it was inedible. Super disappointing. There was maybe half a tablespoon of “granola” on the bottom which was actually just soggy oat flakes. The fruit on top was skimpy for the price as well.

sorry but their açaí tastes like DIRT. had to say it. if i’m going to pay 11.50 for a SMALL, it better be good. This was terrible. don’t waste your money here.

The customer service is beyond AMAZING. You can tell that the employees really like their jobs and genuinely care about your experience. I am a total carnivore and they made me LOVE vegan food. They have truly EARNED my business and deserve yours as well.
