Venetian Nail Spa

Why would you hire someone who refuses to do simple nail art? I literally asked Becky #36 if she could draw a cheetah print on one nail and she said she didn’t know how to do it. I said ok then I’ll ask someone else here to do it. She proceeded to tell me no one in the entire salon knew how to do it because it is a very hard nail art. Lmao! What??? I would not recommend her to anyone. Also when she asked what length I wanted I said I like short, so she cuts the nail extremely short without asking if that’s what I wanted. I said oh no sorry that’s too short. She clearly became irritated and told me that I shouldn’t tell her I wanted short if that’s not what I wanted. Uh how about you show the person where you intend to cut before you cut the nail off!?

We come here every other week and we love it, my wife loves how they do her nails well worth it

So came here and took my sister out to get her pedicure. We called ahead just to make sure we had an appointment set and ready to go. We had Becky work with us. Becky was fantastic. We both got the deluxe massage pedicure which is always always awesome. They took necessary COVID precautions by not letting anyone sit immediately next to us, which I sincerely appreciated. The pedicure was not rushed, and Becky did a great job with the massage portion leaving me feeling relaxed once we were done. I have been going here for several times and would definitely highly recommend this place especially the deluxe massage pedicure.

I got to the place with an appointment and i had to wait i ask for a woman thinking she was gonna do a good job the one i got at first dissapear and the lady i got she did not make me feel comfortable she said many times i need it to relax my hand when it was not the first time i got them done then she chose the length and i wanted them longer she Hurt 2 of my finger and blamed it on me it was a dip powder and she did not do a good job it took too long to dry and now they are coming off and it look like they are peeling off she didnt even apologized when she broke my skin… i am not saying they are all bad because the guy that took care of my Sister did a wonderful job but this lady has a horrible attitude and does a horrible job.

I scheduled an appointment with Penny today and she was really great. She greated me at the door and took me to her station. She asked me how the water was. She made sure that I was comfortable when she was doing my pedicure. If I was uncomfortable with something she was really kind and considerate to make sure that I was comfortable. She gave me a really good massage and her polishing skills were on point. I definitely would schedule an appointment with her again. Definitely look at the reviews that’s how I found her name. She is a very great asset to the Venetian team. Thanks Penny!!!
