Vision Source of East Broward

As my husband and I waited to see the doctor, we watched the staff clean and sanitize the chairs, tables and counter surfaces in the waiting area. When we were taken into the back offices for tests and such, we saw that they sanitized all the diagnostic machines used to examine our eyes. Very impressed. Dr. Jacobs explained in detail the progress of my eyesight and made time available to me to answer all my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend going here to have your eyes checked and get glasses.

I made an appointment on this company’s web page last week. I picked date and tIme, filled out all of the online forms they requested, printed off the forms, that were requested for myself, and my two family members. We showed up today at our scheduled appointment time. We were met by a very niCe young lady and an old with named Sherry!! As soon as we walked in the door sherry started rolling her eyes. Told me we had no appointments, that they do appointments online. Apparently she hasn’t looked at her web pagE in awhile. Then after I threatened to leave, she took a heavy sigh and said, “let me see if the doctor has time for us.” The place was empty, by the way…at this point I am really upset. She comes back to tell me that the doctor will take the time to see us. I asked for all of my forms back, that we pre-filled and left. This woman needs to be fired. There was no reason in the world for her to treat us 3 new patients, so horribly. Like we were inconveniencing her. We did pre-book our appointment. If she chose not to look at her web page, that’s on her, not us. So we went your competitor, spent over $1,000, on the sets of glasses and contacts. I will be posting this on every site I can find in Broward County. Vision Source should be ashamed having this woman represent you. PS…the younger girl that was trying to help…very sweet, and she too, I feel, was embarrassed by Sherrys behavior! Look for this on FB, Instagram, and Yelp.

This place is awesome! Came in to get my husband’s glasses repaired, & Jared fixed them in no time, & no charge. Keep in mind my husband didn’t get these glasses there!!! Super great customer service.

I can tell you how happy I am with Dr.Jacobs his son and staff that he will have a patient for life!I called with an emergency eye issue they told me to come in immediately with no appointment fit me to address the emergency and relief my pain and issues. Dr.Jacobs is a very experienced optometrist with attention to detail very honest and reasonable prices.Thank you sir I will see you on my next check up!

This was my first ever visit to an optometrist. I found the visit to be quick, easy, and painless. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I’d especially like to thank Missy for the friendly welcome, and making the paperwork a seamless process. Dr. Jacobs is very knowledgeable and helped explain everything clearly.
