I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. They didn’t try to scam me, and they didn’t charge me fees that I wasn’t supposed to pay for. They were very nice and generous as well. William helped me a lot, and was able to test drive. I love the car. Also, I was speaking to Tyler and he was nice and answered all of my questions. I will definitely recommend this dealership, and William also got me setup with an insurance company for my car. The people there are very kind people

I increased my rating based on the recent experiences I’ve had with the service department. Korin at the front is always helpful and Frank did a great job servicing my vehicle. I appreciated the constant text message and video message updates. The sales department was poor in 2019. My buying experience was a total headache. I cannot speak to if that has improved. The renovation to the building was much needed where now it is clean and inviting.

Vista BMW service did a great job for me. My car had a coolant leak and they quickly assisted in getting me a tow, then picked me up and brought me to the dealership, then sent me on my way in a very nice loaner car. The service advisor Johnathan Perez was available and communicative as repairs were being made. He then drove my car back to me so I wouldn’t have to go to the dealership, after having the car detailed. 100% service-100% quality experience- 100% covered under warrantee.. no drama, thank you!

This past weekend I had my first experience with Vista Bmw at Pompano Beach. I brought my car in for service and warranty work and I was beyond impressed with the customer service I received. I was given a loaner car, Which is some thing that I was not able to get at the other BMW dealership, and it was a beautiful brand new vehicle.Donna was exceptionally helpful during the process of getting the loaner car. Jonathan handled everything from the time I dropped off my car until the time I picked up my car updating me along the way. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Bruno was the technician who took videos to inform me of issues with my car and he was excellent as well! My experience from start to finish was the best experience I’ve had with the car dealership ever. I felt like I was treated like a VIP even though it was my first time at this location. Everybody was friendly and helpful and I will definitely be coming back for service and to purchase my next vehicle.

Great dealership! Sal the sales manager gave us a great price. We shopped 5 different dealership, but Vista beat them all. Samuel helped out a lot with getting to know all the features of the vehicle, and Martha was great at responding. Financial Manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Vista to anyone who wants a great experience and knowledgeable staff.
