Please dont lease here i made that mistake. They might treat you nicely until you sign that one year contract. The appliances are very old, my food was spoiling because the fridge didn’t work properly. The leasing staff aka Roxanne and Claudia are very rude. God forbid you have to break your lease due to unforseen circumstances, they will crucify you lol. Lastly they apartment smelled horrible.

trust me do NOT move in here ! they rob you blind when you leave. they charge you for everything !! every Sunday the garbage over flows..its disgusting ! please look at other places.

I stayed here for more than a year. Decent place although 2 of 4 electric stoves never worked for the entire time I stayed even after fixing it several time. Main manager is Anti-fun.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ATTEMPT TO APPLY HERE… THEY CAN AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY IN HIDDEN FEES THAT THEY REFUSE TO CLEARLY EXPLAIN.

Don’t move here! The office staff ,Claudia and Roxanne are mean and rude! Nothing is new, appliances such as the washer, dryer, oven and etc. are old, used and break easily! the “hot tub” is never hot! The ac is old and sucks! OVERALL THIS PLACE IS THE WORSE!! and i will be contacting corporate!! this place is not your money’s worth, you’ll live uncomfortable!
