5 star staff but 1-2 star staffing. How is crisis care continuous care when no on is scheduled for a weekend…or even a night?

How can you accept money from the government using my mom’s name and not provide promised services?

I want to thank our team 143!!!!! For our amazing nurse Elizabeth and Dr. Rodriguez. For every single nurse that came in our lives and for Sharon who was such an angel with our grandfather. For Chaplan Johnson that was by our side helping us that night when we most needed her. For the team manager Sandra who is the sweetest being. Thank you Vitas for being there for our grandfather!!! From making him comfortable and making sure he was taken care of. Thank you Vitas team #143 on behalf of Victor A. Figueroa and his family!!!!!!

There was an exceptional LPN named Jean Marc Claccemus who helped guide us and navigate us through the process of our father’s passing away last week. He was compassionate, knowledgeable and very professional at a time when we needed this most. Thank you Jean Marc (Andrew) for being there with us.

If I could give zero stars I would, the nurses and CNAs are great but trying to get necessary supplies sis like jumping through hoops, my grandfather is on hospice now and is on a feeding tube took 3 days just to get him food for his tube we had to go out and buy our own, they never brought his diapers, rash cream, pads, gloves nothing!! But they send a guy to look for a scan code on a damn mattress. Absolutely infuriating dealing with these people who just make excuses after excuses why they are incompetent, having a meeting with the supervisor and “owner” of the company later. STAY AWAY
