Called to get a quote on an oil change. I was put on hold. I was close enough to the service center and drove to it. Was still on hold as a cashier, who’s not wearing a name badge, female, long florescent orange nails, was having a conversation with a customer about sweatshirts the person just purchased.
Someone, a male, finally answered the hold call after 9 minutes and 47 seconds. Told him I was in line waiting after being placed on hold. He said, “Well what do you want?” I hung up. The cashier then just looked at me, I guess i was supposed to read her mind, she said, “Can I help you?” I told her I needed a standard ool change. She had a lousy attitude while dealing with me. I need the oil change, but won’t be back to this location again.

I went to the auto care center at 8:30am to fix my flat tire. A lady checked me in. I asked again at 11am and apparently the lady didn’t check me in earlier but she said she would take care of it right away. I waited until 12pm and a staff said there are 5 cars in front of me. I took back my car key and left. I waited 3.5 hours for nothing and the staff are all liars. Will never come back.

Walmart sold me battery for my car after 2 1/2 years went down. Took my car w my receipt No Questions Asked – Replaced w new battery. They stand behind their service and product. Good service and customer care 🐱!

Watch out about price, I bought two new tires with free installation on confirmation but when they finished the job they gave me another bills. Spoke with manager but she said nobody doing job for free. Service is good but you need car wash after them

Last year I bought 4 new Goodyear tires with warranty included. Unfortunately, I ran over a nail and needed my tire patched. I could have went to a local tire shop, but since my tires were still under warranty I decided to just come back where I bought them. I got there before they opened and the employees were very slow and had me going from person to person just to get my tire patched. I had to wait over an hour for them to tell me one of my lug nuts were too tight and wouldn’t screw off. So basically if it got damaged, they won’t be able to replace it. I decided to take it to Al Hendrickson where I had no issues only to find out the Walmart tech forgot to put a plate back on when he lifted my front end. Walmart has great deals on tires but go somewhere else to get them put on.
