Great pharmacy really slow this time of night?

2 pharmacists, Jessica and Tony are the worst I’ve ever met as far as HIPPA violations. They will call your doctor without permission, after you told them they won’t be handling your prescriptions anymore, and try to get you off of medications. Constantly allow you to run out of medication when you get the same thing filled there every month. Be very very careful about the female pharmacist. If you HAVE to go here, try to drop it off when the guy is there. Jessica will start reading out your medications super loud in front of you & say “that’s the equivalent of 90 morphine”. Calm down lady. I have a whole team of doctors dealing with me. Orthopedic surgeon, Pain Mgmt, infectious disease specialist, another doctor with special licenses. That’s 4 highly educated people working on my case. We don’t need the Wal-mart pharmacist on our team. So unbelievabley rude!!

Really terrible, unprofessional group of people. They will loudly name & try to shame you about your medication.

Extremely disturbed by several visits here to pick up medication for a roommate. The blonde lady is always reading off patient meds loudly and trying to shame certain individuals based on their medication. I’ve also heard some accusations that would make your skin boil. This is what I witnessed. Abnormal wait times, staff making HIPA violations. I even saw the blonde girl say “Oh we don’t fill for THIS doctor, then read out the customers prescriptions.” Gave us the wrong number of pills twice and would tell us things were ready on the phone and they wouldn’t be when I got there.

I wish I could give them 0 stars but rhe system wont allow it.
In the last 3 months I have had the worst experiences with this Pharmacy. The only reason why I kept going it’s because the location and schedule is convenient with my schedule.
The first time they cut the prescription and half and they never told me and I was missing medication for my son. Now, today my son is having a crisis and he needed urgently a medication, I called earlier and checked with them. I go to pick it up and they told me I didn’t tell them to order it! I didn’t know I have to tell them how to do their job and they never asked me if I wanted it them to order or not! Amy was the pharmacist that took the call today.
Stay away specially if you are having an urgency, they simply don’t care!
