Absolutely horrible customer service at the Photo department.

Nothing was working. Disappointed.

If I can give it a 0 I can. Horrible experience in the photo department today. Went in. No one that can help at all. So I did it myself. Used the photo kiosk. In no moment did it say it was going to be sent out to print. I scanned my original wedding invitation so I can get more prints and I did. The scanner took the whole photo and I adjusted it so it can take the actual invitation portion. Said i had to wait 1 week for my cards. I came a week later. No one there to help. Had to seek help so they can give me the order. Turns out it chopped the directions to the location or the wedding, in half. I asked if I can get a discount because honestly it was barely noticable the direction of the wedding I would have just added a RSVP card with that card and wrote the directio. But no they didn’t want to give me a discount because I had sent it out to do the order and not to their store directly. Again the kiosk said no such thing. So I went to my car and get my original card to make another scan. I asked the lady that helped me and she was busy cleaning the floor she said I had to wait so she can finish? I was waiting for 15 minutes and nothing. Got tired of waiting. Just took my business elsewhere. A photo department shouldn’t just have 1 employee. It should have multiple that can help and sticks with the rule, customers comes first and then the floor cleaning. I use to work for Walgreens. I put the customers first. That’s how the store ran. Very disappointed with this Walmart service.
