Waste Pro USA – Pompano Beach

I called for removal of some construction material from my home. Danielle was very friendly and professional while trying to confirm a pickup time and price. Danielle even called me back to confirm the pickup took place.
It was a pleasure dealing with Waste-Pro and Danielle.

The bar i managed was contracted with Waste Pro thru the property management company. Allison our rep for Waste Pro was super helpful with getting any problems or issues we had resolved. She always responded in a super timely manner and did routine checks on our service. Allison even helped me keep our cost down during the COVID19 lockdown when our business was only allowed to do take out service. If i had a choice to use anyone else i wouldn’t. 10/10 would recommend anyone who needs to get their trash removed to call Allison at waste pro she’s the best!

I worked for this company for over 11 years, never have I been writing up for poor performance nor for calling out (sick). This division it’s the worse division I have seen since I’ve been with the company the division manager does not know where he’s standing, really rude, has no type of respect talks down to the employees. He chooses and picks his favorites. (Example: A position was open for collections clerk before he told anyone in the office to apply the already had given that special person the position to become the new collection clerk. He didn’t give the other employees a chance to Even apply.) In my eyes his races the way he talks to the drivers. With no type of respect like if they are slaves.. the operation manager his another one, he picks and chooses who he will cover up for. If you get on his bad side (Example: if a driver refuses to help out after they have been out there for 9 hours ) he will look for anything to fire you or write you up. (FYI: His best LINE I PAY THEM A FULL DAY THEY COULD BE OUT FOR more than 9 hours) He’s supposed to be an operation manager but puts everyone business out there to the other drivers. (Example: if a driver gets into an accident he will tell the other drivers exactly what’s waste pro plans for that driver) he has no type of respect toward the office staff, some old/ gone employees had a complaint to corporate about him and nothing has or was done! …the HR has no type of respect toward no one, NO DRIVER wants to deal with her she also will pick on you, if you get on her bad side she will make sure you get fire from a waste pro. I TRULY regret giving this company 11 years of my life! Missed a lot of FAMILY TIME AND at the END I realize they don’t appreciate their employees!
