I wish I would have read the other reviews before going here. The office is fairly nice and the receptionist was very pleasant but that’s about it. Dr. Mosley-Mendez is by far the worst experience I’ve had with a dr ever. She started the appointment late and the complained about the number of concerns I had saying rudely that I might have to schedule another appt! She barely looked at my skin, was arrogant, condescending and stayed in the room for all of ten minutes. It’s also been three business days and my medications still haven’t been called into the pharmacy. I’m not sure how a dr can have this many bad reviews and still have a job with this practice. She’s the absolute worst!

She never even looked in my direction when I’m there for skin issues..She was so unprofessional.
I HOPE SHE’S NICE TO THE ELDERLY AND CHILDREN that come see her. AS for me I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE !!!!!

My 3 year old daughter had a growth on her face. Dr. came in, cut it off(for a biopsy), barely told me how to take care of it, and didn’t even follow up to tell me what it actually was. I had to make another appointment, come in and pay, for her to tell me and then she couldn’t do anything for it. I have never written a bad review in my life, but this was a huge waste of time and money, and the experience for my daughter was traumatic. I highly recommend going somewhere else…to someone who cares.

I had my appointment today, they asked me to showed up 30 min early for sign some paperwork. The Dr assistant called me she asked some question and took some pictures, and finally called the DR. When the doctor went to the room she asked some question and start to prescribe some medication and that sit. She didn’t really evaluated my skin. She stay in the room less than 5 min. The only think they really want is to sell they products and get payments that’s all. I really DO NOT recommend at all.

We were looking for a new dermatologist. I called after my appointment about a prescription. Machine said they would contact me within 24 hours and after another call they finally got back to me 6 days later and wanted to know what questions I had!!! They hadn’t even looked into the problem yet. When I have a problem with a script I’m not waiting that long for an answer with another question. Avoid this practice.
