Marlene was very helpful in making a last minute accomodating appointment for us. When we arrived she greeted us promptly and was able to help us transact our business quickly and efficiently. Not only was she
professional, she was courteous and friendly. We will definitely use this location as our primary banking facility.

Hire more people, there is no banker available to assist customers when walking in. Now I have to wait for someone that is a banker that’s on her “break” come back and see the people in front of me in lone then it will be my turn ! No ESTIMATED WAIT TIME. No mãs

TORN MONEY (Teller: Lorine Laloir)
My toddler ripped my 100 dollar bill into 3 pieces. My mistake for leaving it out. I went in and spoke with Teller Lorine Laloir. She was very informative and personable which made the experience wonderful. She look at my damaged currency then got a second opinion from the manager. They were able to help me exchange it. Which is more than i can say for the horrible experience from bank of america across the street.

Dear Wells Fargo, you need to hire more clerks to work. Friday 3pm, only one girl here takes bank costumers. And I’m already waiting for 30min. Two people in line after me and third person waited for 10min, complained aloud and left the bank.
40min waiting …two more costumes left who was after me. They said “this is ridicules”

I love this branch and the drive thru. It’s so refreshing to go to a bank and talk to an actual person and not a screen. The drive thru tellers are the best, super friendly and efficient, and act like they’re happy to be there!
