In the office’s door it says “we are striving for 5 stars”. From Lisa, Gloria through the maintenance staff, you can really tell that’s going to become a reality. Those guys want you to feel home and comfortable, if you’re in pompano beach, Windsor forest is a place to live.

poor customer service from the leasing office, Victoria acts like she never wants to help anyone with any issues and does not take issues seriously. the bath tub was horribly painted and the paint peels every time i clean it and i have yet to have service on this to be fixed and it has been reported for a month. roach infested from the moment i moved in. poor flooring, always coming up. moldy. fire alarm goes off often because the kitchen is enclosed. walls very thin. security sits in his car at night and does not even patrol the complex. the pool is never opened during the day you have to ask for someone to open it.

Property Manager:
Lisa is very helpful she always on top of everything to make our stay comfortable. All I have to do is send Lisa a quick email about any problem needed to be fix in my unit and she get the work order on the go. I never have to wait …she makes my stay with my family very comfortable…also the staff’s are very friendly and helpful…

I am so disgusted with the property manager “LISA” i feel that she only cares about money and her “PEOPLE “. I was told she charges her people $25 late fee while she charges other tenants $184 late fee i don’t feel that it’s right that she do that . And she also threaten tenants she will “EVICT THEM SEND THEM UP” in her word,as if she didnt care and did not go through the same pandemic everyone else went through because she is living rent free i just wish they whole establishment be recognized for their fakness and their heartless decisions. And they may take this down to cover her DIRT but i will continue to do a review till this situation is rectified. #GOINGTOBEHOMELESSSOON

The model unit looks nothing like the actual apartment I rented. Not worth the price.Maintenance staff does a great job trying to keep up with outdated appliances and fixtures. The apartment was roach infested and had a broken window in the bedroom. I was fearful of my safety for the first month living there due to the broken window. They have valet trash, a pool, fitness room and a park for the children. I love the area where you can barbecue. There would be rocks in the front of my apartment door and marijuana smells from the balcony. Also, loud music disrupted me and my baby while sleeping.The apartment have a flood zone. When it rains, it’s literally like a small lake. Once you get out of your car until you walk to your apartment. Be prepared to get wet! Once the rain stops then maintenance would come and sweep it out the way. It was very challenging because I had a infant. I broke my lease due to some issues.Lisa is very rude. She did not do the final walk through with me and wants me to pay for a laundry key I’ve never received. It’s like like pulling teeth trying to rectify the move out settlement. She is taking it personal for me wanting a copy and proof of all documents I signed.
