I went to xpe sports for a 6 week boot camp. I really enjoyed it, and I definitely got into better shape by doing this. The only complaint I would have about it is that it’s a little hot. Of course that helps you to sweat, but it was tough to deal with. Overall though, I love the program. Everyone parents very helpful, and they seem to really care about whether you see results.
