XR CABINETS & GRANITE (WE’VE MOVED)

I wish I could give them ZERO stars!!! customer service is the worst, cabinets are cheap but so is the quality. and goodluck if you need replacements, you won’t get them till a month later. Owners love making empty promises and no one likes to fix any issues. Save your time and money!!! The manager is rude and will talk to you like if you are doing THEM a favor, please save your time and go to another company for your kitchen services! They are THEE WORST!!!!

We ordered our cabinets at the end of January. I took two months to get junk. The finish was not correct on the cabinet doors, some were damaged, the dove tails on drawers would not go together. We contacted them via calling and email and it took weeks to get a response. They finally sent the replacement pieces to correct the damaged ones and none of the replacement pieces were not able to be used. The final straw was the delinquent notice from the shipping company asking us to pay the shipping cost on the replacement pieces. We will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will also see what recourse we have to get our money back since our new kitchen is now ruined. Mistakes happen, I get that but it is how you respond, correct and learn from it that matter.

Worst cabinets I ever bought, The amount of adjustments I had to do went back to the store 3 times. Talked to the owner was not a nice or helpful guy

The young lady at the front is very helpful and nice.. inwas buying cabinets for the first time and she was able to get me everything I need. Cabinets are up now and they look nice!!

The owners daughter was awesome. She helped me design a kitchen that my wife loves. We had a few expected minor mistakes but she fixed them all. Excellent price and the products are great. And my wife is happy!
