I love the Yoga Joint! It’s been my place of refuge for 10 years

I love it. I just made it back from the whole Covid-19 and they always make me feel welcomed and the classes are magical. ❤️

Loved this hot yoga class. Got a good sweat in. Loved that the instructor would gently correct my form when it was off. There were so many levels of expertise present so, even though I was new, I didn’t feel like I was the only one who didn’t know exactly what I was doing. Overall, great experience.

There is truly not one negative thing I can say about Yoga Joint. The staff is incredibly friendly upon arriving to the studio and there is always somewhere I can put my belongings as to not have to take them into yoga with me. Each of the yoga teachers have their own unique talented and spiritual style of teaching which has completely changed my life. The Fusion Flow class is my favorite and just in the past two months that I’ve been a member and attending daily I have recognized within myself personal growth, more self love, and practicing mindfulness of my thoughts feelings and behaviors both on and off the mat. Being a member of Yoga Joint and regularly attending the Fusion Flow classes has changed my life for the better in such a way I would have never imagined.
