WATCH OUT! I tried canceling in August by calling the # on the credit card charge. They gave me another number, which resulted in a run around. Eventually I was told they would take care of cancelling my account. Today I noticed I was still being billed monthly. Today I was told you can’t cancel without coming in, and paying a $10 cancellation. My complaint was smugly dismissed today by manager saying that it is in my contract – and wouldI like to see it ?, smirk smirk. They overcharged me 6 months, but I had to pay $10 more just to get rid of them.

Overall I’d say Youfit is a great experience. The gym is affordable and the equipment is well taken care of, the environment is clean and safety is ensured. The personal trainers I have met there are professional and understand what they’re doing, I would highly recommend anyone considering exercising to get a Youfit membership, it is very practical.

Staff in early morning right now is rude and unprofessional…

I am so disappointed in your business. After the health situation closed you down, you continued the charge my card the entire time I couldn’t use the gym. I emailed, and called repeatedly. Absolutely no communication from you. Other gyms froze their clients accounts, you just kept running the card. I image you lost a lot of business by not keeping people informed, and with the seriously unethical practices. I’m done with You Fit.
