Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

ATM would not issue my card back stating technical difficulties. The bank said they are not responsible. This bank has no accountability at all!!! Beware, close accounts and use another banking establishment

ATM at this location doesn’t take cash deposits after hours. And if you are trying to withdraw money it says your card is not working when you have money in the bank. It’s ridiculous to have 5 or 6 atms and only 2 work after 8 pm. At this point I will have to look for another bank can’t deposit when you need to and can’t withdraw when you want to

Was given contradictory information several times. I waited for an hour and was told I was to be seen, then was told ten minutes before they closed to come back tomorrow. And the security was extremely rude and unprofessional.

The only thing to share the floors are always dirty. I spoke to the manager they never get any good results from the cleaner.
I’ve seen dirty q tips on the floor week later still there.

This is crazy….3 tellers at the front and 20 people standing in line waiting to be serviced. Need more customer service reps.
