Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The techs were able to almost right away find out that we had a rusted out cast iron pipe underground which was causing our bath and toilet to back up. We were given a quote on the spot when Ronaldo (their field supervisor) ran the camera down the line to verify. We did have them return to perform the line repair and all went smoothly!!

I needed a faucet replaced… easy job! I just did not had time to do it myself. Technician comes at the time set up all going well, we talked about what needs done… then I see him taking away the whole sink apart…. and then I was charged $409 on labor… to replace a faucet? a hand sink faucet???? are you kidding me!!! Called the manager and explain we can’t keep doing business with these rates… we had done business for years… he said they charge $250 an hour… BEWARE !!! $250 hour for any job done.

Shanley was excellent plumber. He came in his ppe with mask plastic shoe’s cover. Explained what he was going to do. Then drain was clear he assemble the pipes back fill both sink with water and released them. Everything was as if there was no clog. I would recommend stanley to all my neighbors and friends. Words cannot express what an excellent job he did. Thks again roto rooter.
