Black Rock Bar and Grill

Went on 3/14/21 ( birthday dinner) the food was good and the service was horrible… employee Hannah supposed to made the reservation for 10 when we called she never did instead of accommodating and providing great customer service she stood there looking lost … we ask for a manger they played the game of Atari
G she was busy after my surgery tie getting upset and continuously asking the manager cakes about 25 minutes later and they never told her we was waiting… it was several tables open but the came they was reserved to find out they move a small party to a large area we needed… the waitress Angel was horrible do not come out often to check on the tables did not drinks u til after our good came and CAT the waitress assist with that…. people finish eating and all the food have not arrived.. now to see on social media today that someone went yesterday and y’all have big rats not good …. and I asked for corporate number they said they don’t have one so here it goes

Such a beautiful Birthday Celebration for our family member. We had an Awemazing experience our waitress Cat was kind and DJ the host serenaded with his beautiful voice singing along with other staff “Happy Birthday” was the highlight to the ending of a wonderful evening. Kudos to Black Rock trying to make a changes in dining experiences for the community. Keep it up.

I had an awesome time here! The food was great and the prices were surprisingly modest. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. I enjoyed cocktails at the bar while waiting to be seated that were very well prepared by friendly bartenders.. You cook your own food on your personal heated black rock stove. Due to our party size my lobster stayed on the rock a little long before it was set down for me to cook but when I mentioned it they thew in another one without hesitation. I was impressed! The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars was because of a wait that was a little longer than I would have liked but it was only because of others that wanted to bask in the greatness as well lol. Overall an excellent experience I would strongly recommend.

When I got there everything looked really good, 15 waited for a table not bad. When i placed my order we all ordered salads, the food came out first and when we were done they tell us they don’t have salads. Also they didn’t give us any bread before dinner, no straw with my water, they offered me another side order to substitute the salad when I was finished with my dinner. Service was good.

First time visitor on my birthday last night, it’s was a pretty nice relax atmosphere, although you can cook your meal on a rock, I opt out- enough of cooking at home “Lol” But my citrus salmon dish was very favorable & my waiter provided impeccable service, especially when I mentioned I had a fight w/my boyfriend on my B-day. He said… Dump him for tonight & we’re going to turn it up I actually had the best birthday ever without the drama Black Rock “Rocks”
