IHOP

Our to go order took for ever. Got home to eat. There was no powdered sugar on my French toast. My friend had no strawberries for her pancakes and then I found a HAIR in my eggs. I called to speak to the manager and was told she would call me back in 5 min….it was over an hour later and no one called so I drove over there with the food to return. When I spoke to her she said she would refund me for the food. It has been 4 days and I still have not been refunded. If I could comment and leave no stars I would

It’s iHop… inexpensive American breakfast. It gets busy on the weekends and service quality can fluctuate depending on who is working. Satisfying for your belly but you already know what the experience is going to be like.

I admit, we did go at around 11 am on a Sunday which is a busy time but there was no one at the hostess stand for a good 15 minutes. We stopped someone and asked to be seated or added to the waiting list. After continuing to wait, and after many tables left, still no one at the hostess stand to seat, we stopped the manager to ask if we could seat ourselves in one of the empty booths which we did. After that, the experience was decent. Roxy was our server and she was good. The food was ok. The experience would make me avoid going back though.
