If anybody out there is searching for good deals for hotels check out ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a hotel room on there and they had the lowest prices any where!

Great place for a quick getaway. We stayed 1 night for New Years. The rooms need to be updated desperately but the bar/restaurant on the intracoastal is great. The view we had facing west was awesome with all the fireworks going off for NYE 2021.

During the course of my 7 Day stay here , there was consistent construction and renovation going on. The phone in the room was a step up from a rotary. When making an attempt to even call the front desk even through my cell phone it took a minimum of two phone calls and 8 to 10 rings. The pool closed at 6 pm everyday which to my surprise in Florida was kind of odd. The complimentary breakfast which they said they would provide daily was no more than a fruit cup, applesauce and a small muffin. For the most part the room was clean and the staff was friendly. If you’re looking for a night or two it’s fine.

We have been going to Sands for years now and come by boat. We heard it was under new owners and wanted to check out the place since we have always stopped there and had have had good experiences prior. Although not upscale the food was always priced right and the environment was nice. During this experience, the food was terrible. We ordered the fish dip which was a tiny scoop with old chips thrown on a plate for $15. Next we ordered the club sandwich which had old/cold deli meat. I was repulsed by the sandwich. Our bill for one appetizer, and sandwich which we split and 4 drinks was $85 plus. It’s disappointing to see such a local spot go down hill. Service was also terrible since the bartender was crying which made the service short and unfriendly. Will not be going back with too many other options on the water.

I would give zero stars if possible. Our booked room was supposed to be a remodeled room with water views only to arrive and be given a room in much despair overlooking a dirty roof. The door alone only opened after 5-10 attempts to open with the key due to the wood having swelled and sticking every time. It required a kick to push it open from the inside. It went downhill from here. The TV did not work. Half of the plugs did not work. The bathroom was disgusting. The vent was an open hole that looked full of mold. The shower had hair in it and the drain in the tub did not work. There was also no hand soap available and the lobby hand sanitizer remained empty for our entire stay.
The room cleaning was upon request only and when we requested towels one morning before leaving for the day we still did not receive towels until that evening when we requested again by going to the desk because no one would answer the desk phone. The entirety of the hotel looked and felt like a dump.
We inquired into speaking with a manager almost daily and were ignored.. at one point we came into contact with an event manager but that was as far as we got. The bar staff were friendly and the only redeeming quality about the entire place. Good luck finding breakfast. Definitely was not offered at the hotel. But there was a great diner within walking distance.

Rooms are okay a little outdated. View is beautiful. Staff was super nice and had great customer service. Bar and restaurant down stairs is Amazing. Pricey but the atmosphere is Awesome.
