I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Ms. Hyde. To make a long story short, my family hired an air ambulance company to transport my mother back to the U.S. when she fell ill while on vacation. After having paid the company, the company informed us that my mother was too ill to survive the flight back home. As such, they agreed to refund our money. Given the stressful situation, an incorrect bank account number was provided to the company for the refund. We attempted to resolve the situation with the company for over six months to no avail. We tried calling, e-mailing and mailing writing letters. Nothing worked. We finally hired Ms. Hyde to help us. She wrote one letter and we received the refund within a month. She was very professional throughout the entire process. I am very happy with the service Ms. Hyde provided and I would retain her services again in the future if necessary.

With each passing day my appreciation and gratitude for my attorney grows. I use to have a notion about father bias in the courts, that the court favor mothers more than fathers. Over the years, that thought process has been “placed on its back”. As a Father, I’ve been blessed to have Attorney Suzette Hyde as my representative. Her main concern from day one has been fairness and to fight her hardest for my son and myself. In spite of my ex-wife’s motions after motions to make me appear to be irresponsible, Suzette was able to allow the judge see otherwise.
