Stay clear of this company once you sign a contract they have every excuse in the book why you can’t get out of it even if you do what they advise! Machine has been broken and can’t get service! By far the worst company to do business with!

Worse customer experience I’ve ever had can’t wait to get out of the contract! And don’t even try to call and speak to a person wont happen unless you leave a nasty message on their voicemail then they will call but have an attitude like what’s your problem!! 🤦‍♂️ Unbelievable!!! Please before you sign any contract with them try calling and talking to the billing or any other department except sales and even then they still dont answer or return calls!!

If we could give a negative number we would. The WORST customer service hands down. You will never get the same person twice as their turnover is astronomical. The water cooler is never serviced even though when you sign their rental agreement they tell you it will be serviced monthly. The cooler is pouring out think black mold and the water, a yellow-green tint has flakes of black in it. They refuse to pick up the equipment but tell you that you will be held responsible if anything happens to the equipment. We have a lawyer who looked at the rental agreement that UBS claims is an “ironclad contract.” The lawyer said this is not a contract it is a rental agreement with no arbitration clause.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are the most unprofessional, scamming individuals ever and I have no clue how they are still in business.

What a great company. Sometimes, when a company does the simple, fundamentals, you are amazed. I called yesterday for service; a live person picked up, schedules a service call for someone to come out to fix the button and Voila! Quentin came out, fixed it in 5 minutes (included at no charge in our contract) I recommend their company, I have had them for 12+ years

Evan Bailey has serviced our medical office for years. I appreciate that he knows what the staff likes for our coffees and creamers and that he will only replace what’s truly needed. He will always check with us to see if we have any requests. It’s reassuring whenever we have an “emergency” order, (yes, NO coffee is an emergency), Evan is always quick to respond. It’s a super nice touch that he puts everything away for us and packs up the supplies that go to our satellite office. Evan is stealthy as he’s delivering and unpacking our supplies. Thanks for being so reliable!
