The aftermath team was on site within 2 hours of being contacted. they were very professional, payed attention to details and took care of everything. I am very pleased and recommend their services.

Unfortunately I lost a close family member in Deerfield Beach FL far from my home. Upon searching for a service that would help clean up the apartment I came across Aftermath which was highly rated. I called and made an appointment for a date that I would be onsite. The team was on time, considerate, patient and very professional. They answered all my questions in a clear and passionate way. I agreed to their estimate and they set to work right on the spot. I left the scene for them to perform the clean up and came back at the agreed to time. The team was just finishing up and the team lead, Crystal, walked me through the areas they had cleaned. It was spotless and I felt very comfortable in the apartment. A team member even pointed out where a $20 bill had been on the floor, which left for me.

I couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with the team and services that Aftermath provided and would strongly encourage anyone in a similar situation to contact them.

From the moment I called I was treated with dignity, compassion and respect, after the tragic and sudden loss of my brother-in-law. We drove in from Milwaukee, grief stricken and lost. We met with Anna Guzman and probably asked her to explain things over and over as we were not in a good head-space. Anna walked us through it all with gentleness, patience and kindness. She always answered her phone no matter how many times we called. If we texted, she responded quickly. If we had questions and she didn’t have an immediate answer she would get the answer and get back to us quickly. We did not feel pressured at all to make any decisions. Anna made sure we had all the information we needed and that was that. She and her team worked through the night to get the job done, incredible. Anna was not only professional in her work, she was also able to connect with us on a human level. Anna was compassionate and treated us with empathy. She treated our family’s home and possessions with the utmost care. I am so grateful that she was placed in our path. She made a huge impact on how this experience unfolded for us and how it will be remembered. She is a big part of this story now. There are no words, I will simply and once again say thank you.

We use them whenever we require bio-hazard clean up. Professional. Efficient. They even charged less than the quoted price, which is always a pleasant surprise.
