Yellow water they should pay me to use.

They charge me some amount for more then 6 months, the same amount, it was looks like they wasn’t checking the meter, now the are over charging me and the sewer is higher then the water bill, i don’t understand bcz some of my water goes to my plants and washing my cars……. And don’t waist your time going there… Rude people working there….they don’t care about your bill….

They are always helpful for me ..always answer my questions ..

I hate them. I was never late! Never! They cut off my water. When they finally realized their mistake, they took about 6 hours to turn it back on. I wish I could control my own system!

Miss Cieara WILLIAM‘s helped me at the water department this morning. She was fantastic. She went above and beyond the call of duty, especially for government employee. I’ve dealt with water department before, and they’ve always been pretty nice to me, but Miss Williams went out of her way today. I wanted to give her five stars. WILLIAM LAURO
