Worst experience I ever had with a service technician. Arrogant unprofessional. Awful attitude. No respect for customer
Throwing tools. I se why your 1.8 rating is valid. I consider this a high rating

Very unprofessional. They closed a street down with no signage. Workers are unprofessional and rude. They must hire them straight out of highschool. The dont care about customer service or professionalism.. wish I can give a negative 5 stars.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible company. Was supposed to come on a Friday between 12-5 to start service. Technician should have called, they claimed they did from a blocked number, never got the call, they didnt leave a voicemail. They came by unannounced and no one was there. Left without calling us, then charged us $25 missed appointment fee and had to wait till Monday between 8 and 5 to start the service. If they know the number is blocked they could at least do some effort to reach us, and they could gave shown a hint of customer care by trying to squeeze us in. Im extremely disappointed before we even began. Clearly they dont care about their customers because you have no other choice. Will be filling some serious complaints.

I’ve had a great experience using TECO. Only reason we cancelled is because we moved. Laurie was great to work with at customer service. She’s very professional and gets the job done quickly! I only had to be on hold for 5 minutes.
