I purchased a transducer online from them and it wasn’t compatible with my Garmin. They spent a lot of time trying to help me get my Garmin chart plotter working but in the end no go. They made it right even though it wasn’t their fault and got me the right part I needed and expedited shipping so I could get it installed on time. Thank you team Max and Zach for all your help.

Bought something from these guys on eBay but the part did not fit. The eBay Refund process did not work properly but these guys sorted it out – their customer service line was no-wait (on a Thursday morning). Easy to work with. If I need something for my boat I’d buy from them.
