Discriminatory lending practices . Their extremely low rating says it all . Do not use this bank. they 100% violate equal opportunity credit, unfair and discriminating practices. This bank should be investigated. I will be sure to do what I can to see that happens. False i have already been to you institution. Zero resolution again POOR ratings for a reason.

Hated that they dropped IBM name. As a prior IBMer, I feel sad that they now deny their own roots.

After having for many years many accounts with them, all well standing, they refused me a car loan, though I paid 1 car loan with them and 1 car loan elsewhere just prior.

BofA had no trouble giving me the loan at a very low rate.

This credit union is going downwards ever since. Once I pay off my remaining loans, that is it. Will no longer bank here. I feel the connection is lost.

Products are great, I went there because they had the best rates offered to me. However between there customer service and nothing ever being done right or on-time. I am ready to pay more elsewhere for the piece of mind. This company causes me more stress then they help in financial burden.

Lisa B with IMBSECU helped me get a HELOC and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. I had a horrible experience with a big bank and asked around for a better way to get a line of credit. Lisa was highly recommended and she was as good as advertised. Lisa kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and made herself available at any time (which I fully took advantage of!) Complete white-glove service. Highly recommend Lisa and IBM!

Similar experience to the comment below the manager is aggressive and rude! If you’re young and trying to better yourself try another location. He looks off it’s obvious. Looks nothing like the photo online. Misery loves company. It was a very bad experience. I’ve never had a grown man speak to me in that manner.
