Good stock on hand, seemed helpful, courteous, would have been a 5 star but the item I called for that I was told they had was not there .

By far the best gun store I’ve been to. All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable especially Andrew and Anthony who have helped me out the most with a couple of purchases. This place not only helps but educates on all the products . And everything is by far The best pricing around I definitely recommend stopping by. This Place treats you like family and for somebody like myself who asks a lot of questions they never get annoyed and are always very helpful. Thanks again only the best for always making it easy on my purchases.

Visited Only the Best to help my sister in law purchase her first gun. She was helped by a gentleman named Andrew. This guy had the epitome of patience, respect, information, and customer service skills while she was making her decision. He is def one of the reasons her first purchase went smoothly and comfortably. Exceptional Customer Service & Professionalism:

I spoke with the store soon after they opened today to make sure the items were available to purchase (firearm, ammo).  Took cues from the gentleman I spoke to as I was on a time constraint today and was hoping to be in and out there asap, I’m ultimately glad I followed through with his advice.

Everyone lifted their heads, despite all busy to be cordial and say good morning as I entered the store.  The people who helped me facilitate the purchase, conducted my background check, made commensurate recommendations of products that made sense and I bought as well.  And no up / over selling, just bare bones, targeted needs being met.

The store was clean and organized, and the service I received, as well as the cost of the quality items I purchased compared to other private, local stores and online pricing left me elated.  As a consumer I don’t have an expectation to walk into someone’s business and beyond fairness and honesty feel I need to be fulfilled, especially during a damn pandemic, and as highly regulated as firearms are.  Their industry is saturated, and at the same time based on the time we live in – so many predator types trying to turn a quick buck with shortages of weapons, ammo, accessories, etc.  Not these folks.  Appreciation & Gratitude to Vito’s “Only The Best” and His Staff.  I’m, we’re blessed to have you operating in our community.  Thank you very much, Paul
