I got majorly messed over by bill kohn. He gave us a false sense of security which we ended up paying hundreds of dollars for. He told us we were all set up with our new insurance when we were totally not. We only found out by calling insurance and asking why we hadn’t received anything in the mail. He knew our family situation and that I was pregnant and needed this transfer of insurance in a time efficient way due to my regular doctors appointments. We have now been out of insurance for a month and I’ve had to pay for every lab, ultrasound, and appointment out of pocket.
