I love their tie-handle bags. The quality is so much better than the other bags I was ordering online from. I received my order in just 5 days. Since there are a a lot of bags in the box, it may be a while until I need to reorder. They have a really neat catalog.

If I could give 0 stars I would do so! The customer service is atrocious!!! Lori has absolutely ZERO customer service skills, maybe you should think about not working with the public if you are going to be so nasty and condescending!
