While very friendly staff, I watched in fear as my 93 year old father talked face to face with the employee – behind the counter 18″ away. While she was wearing a facemask, there was no physical plexiglass shield and he did not know enough to step away from the counter and socially distance. I hope the store puts up shields to better protect customers.

Great location for getting work printed or shipped. The staff tries their best given some very high demand at times. Everything works, place is clean, and they always help where they can. I also appreciate they keep everything stocked at the prep counters.

Seriously? Laughing and goofing around instead of serving clients with only a few minutes left in the day? Asking if we needed help would have been better than telling us you were shutting down the machines and not going to serve us. Terrible lack of humanity, custimer service, and professionalism. The weekend starts after the last customer leaves…and not a moment sooner. Taking my business to UPS.

Most of the employees are professional except that black lady, she is so rude and doesn’t have people skills. I hope the owner would check the cameras sometimes to see how they interact with customers…. I think that the majority of good reviews here were added by customers who have dealt with the blonde girl, because she is really nice…

Staff friendly and helpful. Can get quite busy. Wifi slow if downloading to copy. Better with thumb drive. Copiers good but can add up per page even B&W.
