All talk. No action. Where are the notices regarding trash. Litter at the entrance of kARANDA 3 for 3 days Never addressed. Light fixture building 10 held up by tape. Not good for the amount of maintenance we pay. Looking at Coconut Creek Forum. Many negative comments from another M&M property. NOT HAPPY

M&M management has been so easy to work with! Coming from a location with a management company that was impossible to get answers from- M&M management has been a breath of fresh air. They’re thorough, responsive, and direct. Very grateful to have them manage our community!

I just had my first experience with M&M Property Management. They had been enthusiastically by my Realtor.
While their “normal” office presence has been justifiably interrupted by the Pandemic, the temporary process moved flawlessly. In fact I can’t imagine a more efficient and personal experience under any circumstance. Our paperwork had barely been deposited when Jamie Miller greeted us at the deposit box. She left to review the documents extensively and reported one addition would be required; and gave me welcomed detail on how to accomplish that.
I feel confident that this important step in our new home purchase was done as well as could be. Thank you, R. Peters

Brenda Moskowitz is very professional. She is well informed at the meeting. She researches needed information and clearly shares it with the Board of Directors. If she doesn’t have an answer to a question she gets back to us. She listens to the board and explains throughout the meeting why an issue was done that way if there was a concern. If you have a question regarding the condo association ask Brenda. Brenda is the greatest asset to our Condominium Association.

Brenda is very responsive to the needs of her property and her residents. She and MMPM have shown that they take maintenance issues seriously when they arise and act quickly to resolve them.
