Be cautious of this company! My family member rents one of their properties and there are constantly endless issues that go unresolved. They don’t ensure their property’s are up to code, don’t fix anything that is broken, and you should beware of serious safety concerns when renting any of their properties. For example: electricity issues, loud buzzing from light switches, flickering of lights, and all power goes in and out. When they need to send a licensed electrician they send a maintenance man with no electrical knowledge. Also the main doors to home are not accessible, don’t open or shut properly and an issue that has been ongoing is still not resolved. They continue to ignore or put a temporary fix. They are also extremely difficult to get in touch with, ask you to submit requests via their portal and you never hear back from them. You can call them, and they say the will call you back, and never do. I would recommend avoiding this company.

The service that we received on our AC and a faulty closet door, from William Hayward, was outstanding. Within minutes of arriving, William had figured out the cause of a huge leak from our AC unit and was on the road to correcting it for us. He took his time and was extremely thorough, professional and kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to clean up when he was finished, which doesn’t always happen when someone comes out to service something in the home. He also corrected the closet door for us, by catching that some of the hardware was installed incorrectly; that is something that was not corrected the last time we called someone out for the same door, a few months after moving in. We have been renting from Progress for two years now and have seen a big turnaround in the amount of time it takes to have someone come out to assess our situation, along with the care that is taken, by the technician, with the job at hand. Thank you William for your time and excellence today. It is greatly appreciated and does not go unnoticed!

Antonio was so helpful and informative during our move in. He was very nice and pleasant to deal with and followed up with us the next day to see how we were doing. He walked us thru the move in and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Very happy with our new home!

Jeremy S. arrived at my residence exactly at our agreed time to fix my leaking kitchen sink on the morning of January 15th. He promptly addressed the situation in a professional manner. After quickly completing the faucet replacement, he then showed me what he had done and made sure I was 100% satisfied and aware of what had been replaced. The requested repairs were done expertly. After making sure I was happy with what had been done and as he was about to leave I asked if I would need to put in a new work order request to have the outside lights over the garage checked since they weren’t working. He checked it out and informed me both bulbs just needed replacement saving me the need for another work order.
Of all the technicians I’ve dealt with over the years Jeremy S. is without a doubt the most courteous and professional gentleman I’ve had the pleasure to know. Prompt, excellent service done with without delay and very thorough in explaining what was addressed. A perfect service call experience.
