The employees are stupid, without education they don’t know how to work, one says something, another says something else, it seems that there is no order, the administration should educate better or choose employees better.

Take your time to read through the reviews. The horror stories are true, here’s mine.

I’ve never experienced such bad service from a Volvo dealership before, a remote place like the Volvo in Billings, Montana was able to provide better service than this location. I’ve taken my truck there 2 times, and both times the issues with my truck were misdiagnosed. They charged me $280 for the diagnosis, yet gave me a bill for $423 for freon I didn’t ask for. Then went back to my truck, made me wait 20 minutes after I had already paid, and removed the freon from my truck. Then charged me and additional $50 for “shop fees”. When asked what type of shop tools were used in the diagnosis to justify the $50, the rep said “gloves”. Aside from shady business practices, deceptive billing, and unreliable mechanics, it took a day and a half to actually get my truck in the shop after being told it would be done the next day. Save yourself the headache, if you need to get to a Volvo due to a warranty issue, there’s a Volvo in West Palm Beach about 34 miles north of this location, and a Truck Max Volvo about the distance in the opposite direction.

That place is horible. My husband repairs his truck and he is coming back couple of time to fix the same problem. Last experience was the worst one.$2000 to fix the heat and guess what??? He left home and the heat doesn’t work at all. After 3 weeks in the shop.Probably he is gonna call the bank for full refund on his credit card, disputing that transaction. I DO NOT recomend this place!!!!

The place is full of liars and scamers. Just like any other ‘dealer’, but this one is the worst I’ve seen in years. The service manager does not stand behind her own words. Stay away from this place if you can. If you end up going there – make sure you get down to exact numbers for exact service as they will charge you for things you never asked for just like with other people they did ( see reviews). And don’t sign any blank forms when you drop off your truck as they will fill it out and make you pay for things you did not ask.
Also, they claim they don’t do appointments working on ‘first come first serve’ basis but be sure that your truck will spend days waiting even if you’re there 1st thing am and no one is ahead of you. Crooks!
